Quick answer

Is origin warehousing the right choice?

Use origin warehousing when cargo needs to wait, be combined or meet packing and delivery requirements before export.

Define the warehouse work before cargo is sent.

The receiving address, storage period, inspection standard, labeling files, packing work and outbound plan should be approved in writing before suppliers deliver.

How it works

A clear four-step warehouse workflow

Cargo should not be sent until the receiving address and instructions are confirmed in writing.

01

Define the work

Share supplier, cargo, storage period, inspection, label and packing requirements.

02

Confirm receiving

The team provides the approved warehouse and receiving reference.

03

Receive and prepare

Arrivals and agreed warehouse tasks are recorded and completed.

04

Release to freight

Prepared cargo is dispatched into the confirmed international shipping plan.

Warehouse availability and handling capability depend on the cargo, location, work required and planned outbound route.

Quote checklist

What we need before quoting

Handling prices depend on the physical cargo and exact work required.

Do not rely on an old published free-storage or daily-price statement. The current written quote must confirm the storage period and every handling charge.

  • Supplier and expected arrival dates
  • Carton, pallet or piece dimensions and weight
  • Expected storage duration
  • Inspection, photo, label and packing instructions
  • Outbound mode, destination and deadline
  • Outbound booking, release date and loading or delivery requirements
Is warehouse storage automatically free?

Any free period, daily charge or minimum handling fee must be confirmed in the current written quote; older website pricing should not be treated as a standing offer.

Can you inspect products?

Visual checks, counts, photos and specific inspection tasks may be arranged when the method and acceptance criteria are agreed.

Can you use warehouses outside China?

Yes where an approved branch or partner facility is available, subject to local route, cargo and service review.

Can you photograph or inspect the cargo?

Yes, when the required views, sampling method, count, acceptance criteria and reporting format are agreed before the work begins.
