These website terms apply to your use of the Foresmart Forwarding Ltd. website. Freight quotations, bookings and shipment services may also be governed by a written quotation, service agreement, bill of lading, carrier terms, customs requirements or other transaction-specific document. If there is a conflict, the signed or transaction-specific terms control.
1. Website information
Website content is general information and does not by itself constitute a binding freight quotation, booking confirmation, customs ruling, legal advice, tax advice or insurance advice. Schedules, transit times, rates, capacity, customs rules and third-party availability can change.
2. Quotations and bookings
A quotation is based on the cargo and route information supplied at the time. Unless the written quotation states otherwise, rates may exclude duties, taxes, inspections, storage, demurrage, detention, re-delivery, remote-area charges, insurance and other costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information or conditions outside the quoted scope. A shipment is not booked until Foresmart confirms acceptance.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate cargo, party, value, classification, packaging, weight, dimensions, dangerous-goods and delivery information; having authority to ship the goods; obtaining required licences or approvals; and promptly reviewing quotation and document details.
4. Restricted and dangerous goods
Do not tender dangerous, restricted, counterfeit, prohibited or controlled goods without prior written disclosure and acceptance. Additional documents, packaging, carrier approval or refusal may apply.
5. Third-party services
International logistics depends on carriers, terminals, airlines, ocean lines, agents, warehouses, customs authorities and delivery providers. Their schedules, systems and terms may apply. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean Foresmart controls their content or availability.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website text, design, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for legitimate business research and inquiries, but may not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, copy substantial content for republication or misrepresent an affiliation with Foresmart.
7. Liability and service-specific terms
To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided without a guarantee that it is complete, continuously available or suitable for every shipment. Any service liability, limitation, claim procedure and governing law will be determined by the applicable written quotation, transport document, service agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
